The yarn is from my stash (originally purchased for this purpose, and then languishing for two years). I don’t think I have enough of the main color to make a decent size sock, so I’m going to do the heels and toes in brown. And maybe a cuff, too.

I probably should have kept better track of how many rows I did in each color, since I think they vary between the two socks. Still, quite happy for a first try!
