Some help with the hood, the creator also posted this in the comments so hopefully this is okay (if not I’ll remove it.)

Hood:

Ch 24.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 22 ch, ch 1, turn - 23 st.
Row 2 - 7: (6 rows) Sc in next 23 st, ch 1, turn - 23 st.
Row 8: Sc2tog, sc in next 7 st, sc2tog, sc in next st, sc2tog, sc in
next 7 st, sc2tog, ch 1, turn - 19 st.
Row 9: Sc2tog, sc in next 5 st, sc2tog, sc in next st, sc2tog, sc in
next 5 st, sc2tog - 15 st.
FO, leaving length of yarn.
Fold in the hood in half with row 1 as the front edge of the hood and
sew up the back of the hood along the sides of rows 8 and 9 and then
along the top of row 9 (as shown by the red line) using the length of
yarn. Weave in ends.
