Made this for a baby boy, using leftover yarn for the African flower motifs. The blue is Red Heart something, cotton with acrylic, I think.

I did not join the squares as I crocheted, but I decided to sew them. It doesn’t quite look the same as the project from Heidi, but it looks good nevertheless.

And the turtle is huuuuge! I mean, the biggest amigurumi I’ve ever made!

Improvised the eyes, as I wanted something more visible :D
