I am starting out with 10 balls of yarn but I am not sure how many it will take. The Taiyo is such a fabulous yarn to work with and I am loving this color.I am not following a pattern just using double crochet and making it 160 stitches wide.

Finished this on the way to Lubbock to see my daughter graduate with her masters degree. Yah!!!
I used 10 balls and the final size is 42” x 81”. I adore it!! The perfect nap blanket. It is never too hot! Finished May 2013.

2015 making another afghan since this is my favorite one. Using Taiyo with green, gray and brown colors. Finished as a smaller version for my 2 1/2 year old grandson Josh. August 2019.
