Needed shorter version of this to go with Baptism dress. This pattern with the variations worked out beautifully. It was easy but with sufficient design characteristics to be fun to make and to be creative without being overdone.
NOTES TO SELF:
5/4/11 - FINALLY found a button I like (and mailed pkg)
4/14 - one sleeve to go. Sleeve length = 3.5” SS plus the 6 rows seed stitch
Had to order more yarn for sweater - finish bottom trim and sleeves
Size 6 needles; Shorten body of sweater; pattern right after purl, then 1-2 rows of ss, then seed stitch.
