I had a false start with this ripple. I discovered there was too much ‘Coral’ in my original striping plan and had to rip back a few rows, painful, but necessary.

A partial skein of ‘Real Teal’ from stash came to the rescue.

My new design has one and two-row teal stripes. This variance adds more spice. Not a bad thing in a blanket called “Salsa!” lol.

As usual I modified the Rustic Ripple pattern - used an H hook with only one strand of yarn and increased each run of double crochet stitches to ten.
