What better excuse could I have than Halloween to make an all-orange ripple?!?!

I started with the misc. oranges that have collected in my scrap box, 7 ounces of a deep orange and 8 ounces of a very bright orange.

Thankfully, in real life the blanket doesn’t look quite this phosphorescent. It’s just that I took these photos close to sunset.

Notice that the striping pattern on the two ends mirror each other, but the mid-section is random.

As usual I modified the Rustic Ripple pattern - used an H hook with only one strand of yarn and increased each run of double crochet stitches to ten stitches.
