Like many has mentioned , the lace pattern is perfect , but once you get to separating the back and front , that’s when everything went wrong .

1. Separate front and back

• pattern says to make 2 extra sts , i am making small size , this was unnecessary . So DO NOT make 2 extra sts , just go along as is .

1. Right back

• row 1 , bind off as mentioned , decrease before m pattern says , marker here is the old BOR i did not put my extra sts on stitch holder at this point , i just went along , just let them hanging on the cable while i am working on the right back .

On section of Left back on page 6

1. When it says you should have 42 sts , that information should be below row 2 and row 3 , after repeated 2 times for each row , just like when you did on right back .

On section RIGHT FRONT , that is supposed to be LEFT FRONT ,
Row 1 ( RS ) : BO , k1 , ssk , work in pattern until the last 4 sts , k2tog , k2

From here on followed instruction on RIGHT BACK

On section LEFT FRONT , that is supposed to be RIGHT FRONT and followed instruction on LEFT BACK

i did not do kitchener for the straps , instead i did 3 needles bind off , make sure the wrong side is facing each other .

It fits great so far before blocking and washed . I think because i used linen , that’s why my gauge ended up with using much smaller needle . Make sure whatever yarns you use , you need to swatch this .
Oh also i did not switch to smaller needle for the straps , i used the same needle as body .
