this is a beautiful pattern, so well written.

with directions both charted and written, and clear explanations all the way through, it’s truly an easy knit. there are 5 charts, and a minimum of shaping rounds.

i made this out of a worsted weight (lion brand is so lovely!) since i wanted a blanket. other than going up in yarn and needle size no other mods were made.

~ i began the 2nd ball of wool at the end of chart c, and added a lifeline here too.
~ 3rd ball began at the 2nd d chart
~ 4th ball at the beginning of the knitted on edge.
~ ended with approx. 55 grams

this was a true pleasure to make, thank you jared, i’m looking forward to making another, this time with loft. i love this shawl~ blanket!
