This is the best-written pattern I’ve ever seen. She even teaches you how to triple-strand as you go!! (Yes, this is knit triple-stranded with worsted, and my neck nearly caught on fire taking photos in May. =) She explains everything step by step with lots of photos. The only thing that didn’t work out 100% for me was the grafting…the graft is off by a half stitch, but that could be because I started the straps wrong or something. Everything else worked so well, I’m inclined to blame myself!

I started knitting the medium length, but then I changed my mind halfway and knit a little longer. When I blocked, though, the length seemed to have grown a little bit (about 6”). I am generally a loose knitter, so I went down a couple needle sizes. I was unhappy with the fabric with the size 15 needles. You should swatch for this; I didn’t because I was knitting for Loopy Academy so I had no time!!
