Notes

I used the larger needles because firstly they were on hand, but also that gave me a bigger size.
Adding the scalloped crochet edge makes it very pretty.I simply chained 4 then into the next stitch then worked into each chain sc , 1/2dc , dc , 1/2dc , sc then into the next set chain 4.
