my first baby sweater for little Leihi, who was born on the 17th of Jan, 2012.

used leftover yarn from this, this and this. super easy and quick(so small!). i was going to get some buttons, but it was taking me too long to even go to a store. i was afraid that my baby was gong to grow out of it before i find some buttons, so i used what i had at home. however, didn’t have enough buttons anyway, so last buttonhole is missing a button… :/

she will grow out of it in a few weeks, i’m sure. but it is well worth seeing her in the cardigan i knitted! melt my heart <3
