love, love, love this hat pattern so much!!! the cables are gorgeous and really easy to knit!

(this time, I skipped the even rows 4 - 14, in the crown shaping section - I like the shorter, rounder silhouette.)

(For my next hat, I’m going to “borrow” knitwhenever ‘s idea of omitting even more rows…21, 22, 26, 27, for a more fitted beanie.)
