Notes

4/16- Made two oven mitts, each mitt uses one skein. A lot of fun to make, I’m definitely going to make more for my family. They’re super easy, and you can use them all the time, no matter the weather or the season :)
Now just get to have fun felting them!

4/17- Well now they’re felted and I gave ‘em a haircut with my hubby’s electric shaver. I’ve felted with Lamb’s Pride many times, but kind of forgot how mohair-y it ends up after felting. I think they’re better all cleaned up, no one wants oven mitt fuzzies in their food!

I had to felt them down a lot, til they wouldn’t shrink any longer, so they fit my hand just right.

I think my Aunt Connie will love them… perfect colors for her french-country style kitchen :)
