I loved these booties but I wanted to use a worsted weight yarn and I needed a three months size. I changed the needle size to a 6 (I used an 8 to bind off), followed the directions for a size “preemie large”, and they turned out perfectly! I also changed the ribbed band to a garter stitch (15 rows) so that I could roll them down. I’m a beginner and I think this may be my new go-to bootie pattern. :) I first made these in a newborn size with these same modifications using the “preemie medium” size, they turned out great too!
