Project 1 for Camp Loopy

June 8th-Finished! Phew. Aggressively blocking since it’s a little shorter than I wanted it.

(the main photo is probably the most true to color. It has a little bit of slate in it which gives it kind of a bluish hue. It is gorgeous)

I still can not believe I have not knit with this yarn before. It is buttery soft and amazing to knit with. This cowl was an easy knit, but they yardage recommended is drastically over what is actually needed. Since the project for Camp Loopy required 375 yards, I think a more appropriate yardage for this pattern would be around 320 yards. I did additional repeats of the middle section and the ribbing to get the correct yardage needed for this project.
