Camp Loopy Project 3.

8/4/2013-Progress, sweet progress. My goal was to at least split for the sleeves by 8/5, so I’m definitely ahead of where I anticipated I would be. Hopefully I will start the shaping tonight.

I will say, this pattern could have been written better (or maybe I have been spoiled by patterns that are exceptionally written). I had to read through about 10 times until I realized what I was supposed to be doing.

8/5/2013 - Finished waist decreases. Bring on the increases!!

8/9/2013 - Finished body and neckline. Only sleeves and hem to go! I think I’m on track to finish sometime this weekend (maybe even tonight if I am super motivated and ignore everything else I need to do today).

8/13/2013 - Put this aside yesterday after some serious frustration with the pickups for the I-Cord Bind off. Picked it up this morning and it was like magic knitting, it just worked. One more sleeve to go…ugh…I dislike sleeves.

8/23/2013 - This took me and embarrassingly long time to knit. In the month of August, if it could happen, it happened. From family emergencies to house problems, you name it, we dealt with it this month. However, I’m so glad to be done with this…finally.

Phew! I JUST made the yardage. I was nervous close to the end.
