Love, love, love!

I am so happy with this shawl, I can even express. It was worth all the troubles along the way.

I did restart 3 times (=5 days of knitting) to get the proportions perfect.

I ran out of the yarn, gasp! I bought a skein from destash and another one from the store, but they weren’t good match. I was saved by dear fiends, when they sent me their scraps from Canada and New Zeland, from the same dyelot. Thank you. Yeap, this piece has a story!

I used exactly 1.5 skeins for the first half, but my knitting relaxed in the 2nd one, therefore I used slightly over 3 skeins.
The pattern was adjusted (shortened by 2 repeats - the first and the last), to get more wiggle room while trying to fit into 3, although generous, skeins.
