In progress! So far, so cute - I really wish there were diagrams in Debbie Bliss’ book though, especially to explain why you would cast on 3 extra stitches & split the back of the dress - I assume this is for a button placket - I just hope that it works out OK!
My gauge is only slightly off - a couple rows - but the stitch count is right on. I tried with a larger needle, but actually got LESS stitch count - don’t ask me how that happened… (ETA: hhmm, well, if I really thought about it at the time, that would have made sense, and I would have gone DOWN a needle size, but whatever - too late now!)

ok - it’s done! and super cute, and baby has worn it! I can’t remember when I finished it though, but before the baby was born for sure. So, say April, maybe, who knows. I’ve also knit another one as a gift, and that one I think I actually did all the trim the correct way. I misread or misunderstood a seaming thing & ended up doing the armholes in the round instead of flat, so they were sort of backwards… hahahaha

Anyway, love it! :)
