using more of the pink yarn from the Ballet sweater, for my friend Celeste’s baby girl coming soon :)

Back is done & have started the front. So far, the pattern is very straightforward. First time it said “continue straight until piece measures X” I had already passed that measurement just doing the decreases… hopefully that will be the same situation on the front & I didn’t screw it up ;)

the directions for the front are a little weird - there’s no good pictures of how it’s supposed to work, so I just interpreted the directions how it seemed logical to me. hoping it works out. knitting is all done, now to block and seam! oh, and find ribbon… ;)

blocking done, got some ribbon - I chose white because I figured that would be the most versatile, but was hoping for velvet ribbon & couldn’t find any. oh well!

seriously, it’s all sewn up & I have to go buy thread that matches the yarn so I can finish it up. I’m terrible about actually FINISHING things in a timely manner ;)

all done & gifted :) She didn’t believe me that it was handmade until she looked at the sewing on the ribbons ;) LOL :)
