pretty easy - picot edge cast-on is a pill & takes forever - and for me ended up with almost eyelets above it… maybe I should have pulled the picots out to a point? the bottom of the hat flips up, but I imaging when it’s on, only the picot edge will flip up :) Hope Lily will like it! :)
