I made many mistakes in this, knitting half sleep is not recommended lol, but I loved the pattern so I’ll probably make another hat soon!

I made two sets of rivets, front and back, I did a lot of math for the decreases but at the end I just followed what was in front of me.
Horns: long tail cast, 4 k rows with brown and cream yarn held together and then 8 rows in stockinette st in cream and then as the pattern by Sar follows.

Videos to help with horns:
When I first read the horns instructions, I was puzzled, but then I figured what it mean with this video: http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-knit-wrap-stitch

Matress St Seaming: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvAS-HCWk9I

Personal numbers, I know they don’t make any sense but they did for me at first lol, but as I said, I just went with my gut.
Set of rivets: p1, k1 twisted, p1, k5, p1, k1 twisted, p1 = 11 st
2 sets of rivets, 96 total - 22 (11 for each band) = 74 / 2 = 37 st of separation
To make 12 decreases, 6 for each side. then 64/2 = 32/6 = 5
then k1 (k2tog+4) 6 times, rivet, k1, (k2tog+4) 6 times = 84 st
72 st= so 64-10= 54/2= 27/5 = 5 then k1 (k2tog+3) 6 times, rivet, k1 (k2tog+3) 6 times.
64-22= 42/2= 21
