Shawl #5 in 2013

I had forgotten how fun it is to start a Color Affection, and how painful it is to finish it !

Added 2 repeats to section 2 and 1 repeat to section 3 to use as much of the yarn as possible. I’m quite proud of my calculations, with only 6g left of MC.

I used yarn overs instead of m1 increases, and doubled the yo on the first row of each color in section 3 (and only knit once tbl on the return row). Finished size is 260x40cm. Next time I knit this pattern I’ll try to do it the way it was written, but this was an emergency birthday present.

MC : Plucky = 108g / 6g
CC1 : Zen Yarn = 102g / 26g
CC2 : TML = 106g / 15g
