LOVE LOVE LOVE the finished project; it’s light and airy but still structured. can’t wait to wear it out with white pants and a tank. or jeans and a chambray shirt.

6-23-14 - bound off, wove in ends and now blocking. pre-block measures 23x52, very slightly stretched. post-block measures 22X 51 - guess my slightly stretched pre-blocked measurements were a bit off, which makes sense - when I blocked, the knitting was stretched length-wise AND width-wise at the same time! I gave it a quick iron with steam after I took it off the blocking wires to flatten the edges.

6-10-14 - about 2/3 done….love the yarn (and 2 seasons of Orange is the New Black made the first 38” go fast!)
