82” long and 14” wide at the center (yay!)

5-26-12 - LOVED that short row technique!! so easy to see the “wrapped” stitches and nothing to pickup!

it’s blocking now. need to take measurements. did a p2tog, (move stitch back to left needle, p2tog), p2tog bindoff.

5-4-12 - settled on the 7’s…like the fabric just fine. have about 4 sets of short rows done. (blogged here about the method I’m using).

4-22-12 - bought my yarn today to cast-on for our next shop KAL next friday. wore the blouse to the shop as inspiration for the yarn…I really want to wear the shawl with it. couldn’t be happier with these colors! (and note that the size 7 needle is a thought…I have PLENTY of yarn, and getting a slightly larger shawl would not be a bad thing)
