My swatched gauge seems a smidge loose, so casting on the 2nd size (as written 3” of ease and I’d like more like 4”). After working the yoke charts, my gauge seemed pretty close to the pattern - I borrowed stitches from the sleeves to make the extra body width (see below).

Modifications:
2x2 ribbing for the neck.
Shallower short row section (worked only 2 W&T on each side): K 29, W&T, P 29 past BOR, W&T, knit to 5 st past W&T, picking up wrap, W&T, P to 5 st past W&T, picking up wrap, W&T, K to BOR - resume pattern as written).
Worked two rows of the middle of the arrow chart to match the photo (vs the chart).
Split sleeves 49/51/99/51/49 and cast-on the 5 stitches per the pattern (resulting in 56 sleeve stitches and 207 body stitches, which I increased to 208 on the next body round)
Worked 8 repeats of the chart, then the 4 rows with the C1/C2 and 8 rows of ribbing (to match the neck).
Used this stretchy bind-off (modified for K2,P2) on the sleeves and the body.

End length ~ 11-1/2”
End bust ~ 37-1/2” (4” ease)

Finally a note about the yarn usage - I didn’t weigh the cakes before I started (only weighed after I finished). What’s listed above is 100 less how much I had leftover.
