Test knit for Stephanie! My first yarn choice was a lovely hand dyed fine merino single ply that was so knotted in the skein that I had to change my mind! This yarn is categorized as sport weight but really it is a very fine fingering single ply. I am actually happy that I chose it, it looks fantastic! Having fun, but must get back to work!

09-09-2016 Almost finished!

Almost done, but chugging along! I decided to add real gemstone beads to the central diamond. I used aquamarine, moonstone, and opalite beads in the center. The other beads are size 6/0 silver lined blue, AB coated blue, opalescent blues. They may appear random but they really aren’twink Must run! Lots to do and the pattern is out already!
