My nephew wanted a sweater like the one in The Christmas Sweater.

The changes to the pattern included color, the second collar, and fair-isle style trees. The snowflakes are stitched on.

I had developed a really nice, loose fair-isle with the Mary scarf and knit the bodice, split for the arms, the rest of the trees on the torso, and then put it away. When I finished up the arms, my fair-isle had become tighter.

The tree pattern is very specific to the 10yr sized sweater pattern - I divided the sts and designed the trees accordingly. However, I included the chart in case somebody wants to piece it together and have their own.
