Start with calculating how many rows and how many stitches; chose Deco card 38, taken normal and flipped.
Cast on with 64 stitches (32:32) on Front- and Backbed for a 1:1 rib selffolding band, SS 2.5 for the first 3 rows and SS 3.5 for 4th row and following.
After the first 4 cast-on rows, set RC to zero. Then knit 66 rows (6 cm) for the self-folding cuff.
Put all needles into wp, handle down, 2 rows N/N. Then set RC to zero again.
Now use weight, for example several claw-weights.
Deco-knitting with Card 38, lock setting now N / HX <, SS 3,75 BB, 4,5 FB
Knit 22 rows (3 cm) straight upwards. After this, set RC to zero again.
Now, for the leg, knit 198 rows (26 cm) and increase 1 stitch right and left every 13th and following row until you have 94 stitches (47:47), (37 cm) in row 196. Now knit another two rows and finish the leg part with 198 rows. Set RC to zero.
„Spickel“:
Decrease on both sides every 4th row like this:
1 x 5 stitches
2 x 2
3 x 1
RC must be now on 24
Now turn RC to zero and knit a straight section of 106 rows.
Now turn RC to zero.
Short rowing (every 4 rows) over 22 rows like this:
Front bed: Take 30 pushers behind the rail on the left.
Back bed: Set lock to BX, 30 pushers in rest on the left, but pushers in work for all the other needles.
Every four rows take out 5 pushers BB and FB successively.
After 24 rows you have left only 8 working needles on the right . Now set locks N / N, arrow to zero, remove Deco, SS 4,5 on both locks, knit two rows with all stitches on both beds. Set RC to zero.
Selffolding 1:1 rib for waist tunnel. Start with SS 2.5 on both beds and turn to 3.5 in 4th row. RC to zero.
Now knit 34 rows (tunnel will be 3 cm high (double).
Remove weights. Cast off as in manaual for Duo 80, page 47.
Flip the Deco card for the second part of the pants and work the part counterwise.
Close seams and insert an elastic into the waist tunnel.

Auf Deutsch - automatisches Doppelbündchen als Abschluss

Am Ende des Doppelbettgestricks auf dem vorderen Bett jede zweite Masche auf die benachbarte Nadel auf dem Vorderbett hängen. (Bitte keinesfalls aufs hintere Bett!)
Auf dem Vorderbett nun alle leeren Nadeln und deren Stößer außer Arbeit stellen.
Kurbel nach oben.
Schiebe jetzt auf dem hinteren Bett unter alle Nadeln, die sich gegenüber den außer Arbeit geschobenen Vorderbett-Nadeln befinden einen Stößer in Arbeit.
Stelle nun die richtige Maschengröße ein:
Gehe von der MG aus, die du bei diesem Garn für glatt Rechts nehmen würdest. Teile diese Zahl durch 2 und addiere 2 Clicks. Bsp: wenn die MG für glatt Rechts 6 wäre, teile 6 durch 2 = 3, jetzt zwei Clicks dazu = 3,5
Stelle für beide Schlösser diese errechnete MG ein.
Stelle nun die Schlösser auf BX/N, orange Abstreifer
Stricke die erforderliche Rz für das Bündchen, also 48 RZ, wenn das Bündchen 24 RZ hoch sein soll.
Danach auf dem vorderen Bett alle zuvor stillgelegten Nadeln in Arbeit schieben.
Jetzt alle Maschen vom hinteren Bett nach vorne hängen.
Kurbel nach unten, Nadelregel beachten.
Stelle die Maschengröße auf beiden Betten um 2 Clicks höher.
Stricke eine Reihe N/N.
Öffne die Betten und kette mit dem gelben Werkzeug ab, wie auf Seite 47 im Handbuch Duo 80 beschrieben.
