I think the design is absolutely stunning, and the finished sweater is everything I hoped for.
The pattern is very well written and easy to follow.

I couldn’t find any matching kid silk yarn (or similar) in my LYS, so I decided to make the whole sweater with just Silke-Tweed. I love the rustic looking yarn together with the ruffle and shoulder “pleats”.

I am not sure exactly how much of the yarn the project took, because it was rewound from old projects.
I have had this yarn in my stash for a long time, never really happy with the projects that I’ve tried it on. But this will be perfect! I wish it wasn’t discontinued, it’s a beautiful yarn.
