May 28 My friend Taif (also a knitter) has nicknamed me Fishy because of the fact that I’m constantly defending fish against her “prejudiced” arguments. I call her, in turn, Fisher. I think this tiny fish would be a funny and creative gift for her.

May 31 Done! I even crocheted the eyes myself despite my limited skills. This plump fish is tiny and very cute. I think that, despite her hate of fish, Taif will love Fishy’s innocent expression and petite size.
