August 10 Designer’s Challenge project for the August Challenge! :) Here’s a sneak peek at my project…

August 24 Finished with the knitting! I’ve decided to use duplicate stitch as my embroidery technique. I’m not thrilled with how it looks, but I guess the point of Designer’s Challenge is to branch out and try new things.

August 27 I’ve finished the embroidery and added the backing! I love how it turned out. There’s a hurricane blowing through, so the lighting on these photos isn’t great, but I’ll try to get better ones tomorrow.
