Holding fingering weight doubled. Pulled the inside of the cake until the colors matched the outside tail. Trying to get some decent pooling of the dark colors.

Cast on 101 (100 after joining)

Only did 2 sections of brioche before doing the final stockinette section and decreases. Went up to a size 6 for the last section.

MODS - when I pick up the cast on edge, I join as K2tog, P2tog in the ribbing pattern. Then I start my 6 rows of stockinette.

Notes for next time. When holding fingering double, only do 5 rounds per section. I was running out of yarn after the 2nd brioche section. I think I have about 3 rounds left. I’m going to wind another skein and alternate rounds until the old color runs out.
