May 25, 2021 I made the Red and Black Vintage Star Potholder for my brother over 10 years ago for Christmas. I guess he’s been getting some good use out of them because he let me know a while ago that they were starting to wear out. I had wanted to make him a replacement set for Christmas 2020, but ended up making a ton of ornaments instead (including about 5 for him), so I made the replacement set for his birthday. His actual birthday isn’t until the this Saturday the 29th, but my parents went up to visit him this last weekend, so I finished them the night before they left so that they could give it to him in person.
