衿付けてはみたが、全体のバランスがわかんなくなってきた。。。とりあえず、案３に移行。
やはり、衿は解く。シンプルで行こう。

Gauge:19sts(89%) x 26rws(92%) on JP#7 ( 4.2mm)

Work in round
Using Jp#7 cable co 220sts ( Multiple of 22x10=220sts)

Est patt: start with 120sts. Decrease 6sts (chest circum 60cm=114sts, 120-114=6 )until armhole.

Sleeve: Using jp#5 (3.6mm), pick up&knit 62sts along armhole edge except for underarm and BO 7sts at underarm.
Work flat. Make the border pannels from the reverse side. Start with 12sts for one pannel. 12x5+2=62
(sl2 k1 passo between yos = m,k,m.)
Suspended Bind Off

Double border frill egde: Using bigger needle; JP#9, Complete Border plus 3rnds of stst. BO
Sew to the body

Neckband: 2rnds of SC

I frogged the neck frill because it seemed too much.

Neck frill: 8 rows of border patt. (18stsx9=162 )
Using jp#3 (3mm), pick up&knit 162sts.
Suspended Bind Off
Crochet the neck, inserting hook from frill through body and do these sts such as SC, skip, SC2tog.
Rnd2, SC2tog..repeat
