Notes

On the third hexagon, the pattern is going really well. I’m not sure how I’m feeling about grafting all these hexagons together already, but I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it!

I’m on hexagon number five, with two others to block! I’m still loving this pattern, and I think that I might actually be able to finish it by summer’s end. I haven’t run into any problems so far, the stranded colorwork is actually not as difficult as I thought it would be. So far, I’m really loving all of the patterns and the colors I chose!

Started the seventh hexagon a few weeks ago. This project was supposed to be done by the end of Summer, but that’s obviously not going to happen! All of the charts are really easy to follow, and the hexagons actually knit up rather quick once you get working on them. I’m actually toying with making my own, sunflower themed chart, but I’m going to have to puzzle out how it will look with all six pieces first!
