I probably made this a bit big so it is destined to become my slouchy cardigan for next winter and I managed to break two sets of interchangeable needles on the collar, yeeks!

An easy knit with some nice tailored details. My contiguous shoulders puckered as I knitted them, but blocked out perfectly with just a touch of steam.

When picking up stitches for the collar and the sleeves, I use the smallest circular I have, a 2mm which seemed to set the sleeve head in well and meld the collar and bands to the body

Modifications
Collar: I picked up stitches on the front bands at the suggested ratio of two for every three stitches which was a good number more than given in the pattern. It sits much better.

Sleeves: perhaps because I knitted a larger size, I found the lower arms a bit baggy, so I did two extra decreases.
