4.5yd warp, 22” width in reed.

2/30 EFM in black, light blue, light gray from a flop set
3/48 EFM in royal blue from same mixed flop set
2/28 cashmere (originally pink but dyed purple)

Public service announcement for anyone hesitant to use these yarns as warp: Have no fear. Only one warp thread broke during my whole 4.5 yard project (2/28 cashmere) and it only broke because I had a clumsy moment with the shuttle. Weaving with these yarns was a joy.

30 epi was probably overkill, but it’s still nice. Wet finished fabric is soft, has decent drape, and makes a cozy shawl.

The light blue EFM is so pale that it appears white both in photos and in real life, so slight fail on that account. Made random stripes while winding warp, then approximately repeated the stripes in the weft for a plaid-like pattern. EPI and PPI are different, so it could only be approximate.
