Took out the ribbed neckline and replaced it with an i-cord, but didn’t skip any stitches and used US 3(same as body). It stuck out a little too much so I took it out too. If I redo it I’ll skip every 6th st. and use US1’s.

Starting Over. Chopped up the 1st one and frogged the yoke. Soaking my DITW to let it loosen it up again.

v2.1 Recalculated yoke, sleeves and body. Yoke is good, but body stitches too few, plus I forgot to add the back short rows.

Frogged back to bottom of yoke colorwork, re-calcutated size again. v. 2.2 Knitted ‘til bottom of yoke and decided to revise it once more.

In 2.3 I decided skip A-Line shaping all-together make it a loose-fitting top Knitted some texture details, then increased so that body ease starts before the body/sleeves separate. (The sleeves might be kinda puffy…)

Now that it’s done and blocked, I’m pretty happy with the outcome and glad I made all those revisions. Yoke is on-point. One thing I learned was how to make yoke increases so that it grows more at the top and then tapers more at the bottom. The short rows at the neck and the back were good calls.

The fabric is thicker than I anticipated. And with the color work in the yoke, the garment is probably more suited for autumn. I’m kinda hoping it loosens up more with wear.
