Notes

The yoke is from the Meringue Yoke Pattern by Ann Budd from Interweave 2003

Doubling yarn, using US7 Needles

Notes upon completion:
The gauge of the yoke and the gauge of the body and sleeves did not seem significantly different in the swatch, but knit as a whole, turned out to be much greater. In the end, the yoke is too large, and the body while maybe the right size isn’t sitting right. Add to this my bamboo DPN’s that I used for the sleeves made an even tighter gauge so the sleeves came out smaller than estimated.

Even if I go all the way back to the bottom of the yoke, I still have the size of it to think about.

I think I’m better off ripping the whole thing out and either starting over with proper gauge, or making a whole new project. I do like the way this yarn, worked doubled, makes a stiff stockinette fabric.
