Was somewhat deterred by running out of yarn when I was making the border. I’m going to reknit it with fewer stitches to start, using the pattern I originally used (it has been modified since, but either my gauge is off, or the modified pattern is too big for the amount of yarn you get in the kit).

October 2 2012: I’m done. After almost being done the second time, I decided I didn’t like the colour combo, so I ripped it out and knit it again. Third time was the charm.
