I didn’t buy the original pattern but figured if I knit hexagons using the magic toe-up socks casting-on I’ll be fine.

I don’t stuff them as I knit them, either, because I want to use the yarn tails to simultaneously sew the openings close and join the hexipuffs together. So stuffing and sewing will happen only in the end.

I started using up old yarn left-overs and I happen to have those in different hues of blue. I want to balance the colour scheme with red and pink though - which I’ll have to buy when I’m finished using up what I already have.

I’ve got 215 hexipuffs and I’ve started with stuffing and sewing. I don’t particularly like sewing. Why did I start a project that needs excessive sewing?! I’m doomed.
