This fabric is woven by Sue, Tighe we do trades an it is cotton and just beautiful! Woven on her saori sx60 loom . i designed this piece it is my own pattern but i Made modifications for this version. yes i weave and create clothing from my pieces but most of them are sold. this one was a trade with sue for her lovely saori handwoven cotton yardage.
Patch pockets Made on christmas day2014 pressed and finished the 26th. The hems are asymmetrical right to left and front to back. the front has one side with the fringes so it can be used to fold over and pin or left open, the back has a center back pleat . and i love the way it feels on!
Basicly no waste just a small piece.
the red vest i designed and made a few years ago was my pattern for this newly sewn one , i modified it .
