I estimated the number of skeins I would need, and planning on skewing the balance of color with the stripes, using cream and navy in andean silk.

I’ve knitted most of the front of the sweater, but the top seems awfully wide. I’m thinking it will be OK for the front, but I may not use all of the increases when I knit the back. the circumference of the bust looks a lot wider than the circumference of the hip area, with lots of shaping around the waist.
