8/18/14 - Finally took some (bad… lol) finished photos. Gave to my mom to unravel. I just can’t bring myself to do it, but it has to be done because I won’t wear it how it is. I’ll be making at least one size smaller once I get the yarn back. I like the pattern but something in the sizing was definitely off…

5/25/14 - Finished sewing in ends. Need to block. It’s awfully big. It didn’t seem so big when I was knitting it, but trying it on now… :/ It is comfortable though. I’ll make a size down at a later date. :/ Finished photos to come.

5/21/14 - Finished the second sleeve on either Saturday or Sunday. Now I just have to sew in all the ends. I also want to check and see how I bound off the collar/pocket/etc. edge because it doesn’t look the same as the bind off on the sleeves and bottom of the cardi… So close though! :) I can finally start the elephant for my friend since I wanted to use the leftover yarn from this. :)

4/16/14 - Almost done with the first sleeve. On hold a bit. I was travelling a bit last week and needed a more mobile project, so I started two pairs of socks. Oops! Now to finish everything…! :) (Color is closest to the last two photos. I’m not sure why the others are so washed out…)

3/31/14 - Collar’s done. That was insanely long. It took over two whole skeins just for the collar! It’s really nice so far though. Just the sleeves left to knit! :)

3/20/14 - Done with the main body. On to the collar. :) I’m really liking this so far. :)

2/28/14 - Frogging and making the 42”. I’d rather have a bit extra yarn, than not enough.

2/27/14 - I’m making the 46” so it’s a bit big. However, I misread the yards/meters or mixed up the two or something, so I’m worried I won’t have enough yarn… I’m trying to decide if I should make the 42” or if I’ll be okay, maybe just shortening it? I don’t know. I hate being in this position because I don’t want to go too far and have to frog, but if it would be okay, I don’t want to have made the smaller size. Ugh. :/
