12/2/12 - Finally finished. I really didn’t like working it (too many working strands at a time) but it turned out really well.

Making Dad a hat to match the Obey scarf I made him a few years ago. I hope I have enough black… I was going to do a 6/2 striped hat, but I think I’m going to do a 3/2. We’ll see…

I’m going to do solid ribbing.

Thanks to my handy-dandy food scale and having made a huge version of this previously, I know that I have enough yarn to make the 6/2 striped version, with a red band, and in a smaller size. I would have just enough even for the largest size, but that is too big for sure. So, yay! :)
