Notes

9/13/14 - 8g left, so I could’ve gone a bit longer. It’s wonderful though. It’s loose once, and nice and warm and cozy wrapped twice. (My cowl weighs 95g, so my skein was 103g to start. Nice! I’ll say it weighs 92g on here though so that what I have left is correct.)

9/13/14 - Much better this time. I did three rows st st to start and have done 21 repeats of the pattern. I have about 14g of yarn left. I could probably go a little longer but I don’t want to cut it too close so I’m just going to do four rows st at and then bind off. I really love this. :)

9/7/14 - Accidentally made a Möbius strip… Had to frog and start over…

9/5/14 - Silly me thinking this is easy. ;) I already made two mistakes on the first row 4. Luckily the pattern is very forgiving and it doesn’t really matter. (Row 4 just wound up lining up with row 2 for about half the row…)

I’m going camping this weekend and don’t want to take lacework with me, so I wanted something cushy-feeling and simple, and after looking for something to use this yarn for, I kept coming back to the Honey Cowl. It’s not written for fingering weight, but a number of people have done it. I’m going to use smaller needles, to better match the yarn. I’ll be doing the large size and going until the yarn’s used up. :)
