I used handspun yarn that my very best friend Cheryl spun herself. It is merino/silk and the colors are my favorite. The ecru color is merino/silk/cashmere. The weight of the yarn ran from fingering to sport so I used a size 8 needle. The pattern called for a worsted weight yarn and a 10 needle.
It blocked out huge so I am very happy with it.
Very fun easy pattern and I knit it in a week. Would knit it again.
