I’ve had this skein of ASAP in my stash for more than 3 years. I bought it when Madeline Tosh first announced it. Coquette was one of the only colors left on Webs because they were mostly out of stock. I never really had a plan for--“hat or cowl” was about as specific as I got.

When the Pussy Hat became the icon for the Woman’s March on Washington, I knew I had the perfect skein. I chose this paten because it was written for yarn of this gauge. That being said, I like the way the “ears” are set off with purl stitches.
