Finished! That last photo shows only a fraction of the number of ends that have to be woven in for this project. This takes just over one ball of the yarn I used, so now I have no idea what to do with the leftover radioactive green…

Update: Wow I hate this pattern! Each tentacle takes me about an hour! Also there is an EIGHT stitch applied i-cord, how do you possible prevent gaps from forming? HOW? There are probably close to 1000000 ends to weave in and another 500000 seams to sew. It’s driving me crazy! I am the world’s greatest sister for sticking with this!

Adam asked for this for his birthday (which happened to be May 8th…) and I’m just now getting around to making it. So far I’m not jazzed about the pattern, I don’t think that it’s explained very well and there are a lot of unusual construction techniques used. I thought the same thing about the Bokaclava, but at least that pattern was free…
